The standard roof of Comil Bins has a pitch of 30° (degrees), upper stairway, access door and vents (air outlets). Manufactured in Galvalume steel sheets, according to ASTM A792 CSA. It features superior atmospheric corrosion resistance, high heat reflectivity and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures.

A set of sensors installed in the bin through cables that measure the temperature to monitor the grain mass. The sensors are distributed in accordance with Normative Instruction No. 29, of June 8, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (CONAB).
There is availability of the thermometry system with analog sensors (type “T” Copper-constantan thermocouple sensor), which offers simplicity and low maintenance, or digital sensors, with modern technology with greater accuracy in the readings.
