Comil Belt Conveyors are responsible for carrying out horizontal or up to 8-degree slope conveyance of solid bulk in high volume without damaging the grains.
They are made up of modular sets, with galvanized steel stringers, sets of frames and galvanized rollers for belt movement.
In addition to high performance, the belt system has low maintenance costs, making it the ideal equipment for conveying grains over long, medium and short distances.
The belts, exposed to the open air, are covered with metal panels to ensure the protection of the conveyed product
The discharge chute is the discharge point of the product at the end of the belt conveyor.
The bodies are modular with 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0m, which enables the composition of the total length from meter to meter.
The drive pulley is coated with black vulcanized rubber SBR, hardness 60-65 shore and grooved in “X”. This way, the friction between the flat belt and the drive pulley increases, ensuring a longer life for the flat belt and greater efficiency in power transmission.
