Comil Cleaning Machines are designed to deliver efficiency, productivity and economy in the cleaning of various bulk products, ensuring the removal of large, medium and light impurities. Our machines are complete with access platforms, fan, cyclone and control panel.
The sieves are supplied with a wide variety of perforations, are made of steel and are easily interchangeable. They have a self-cleaning system using rubber balls that prevents the sieves from clogging up.
The air pass separation system is adjusted by the side handles. The machines feature side windows for viewing and cleaning the aspiration chamber.
Comil cleaning machines feature platforms and ladders to facilitate adjustments, cleaning and maintenance, giving the operator safety to perform these tasks.
A centrifugal exhaust, sized with specific flow and pressure for this application, promotes the air flow necessary to remove the lightest particles and leads them to a cyclone where it disposes of the impurities and releases clean air to the environment.
The machines feature a counterweight valve system that enables the adjustment to evenly distribute the grain flow in the first sieve, a necessary condition for better cleaning efficiency.
The machines feature bagging spouts, which allow the collection of different types of impurities, which can be bagged or conveyed to impurity bins.
