Comil Redlers were developed for horizontal conveyance of solid bulk, in the loading and unloading of bins, warehouses, cleaning machines, dryers, hoppers and other equipment. Made of galvanized steel, with SAE 1020 painted or galvanized carbon steel joining structure. Its design in a modular system, enables the composition of sizes that facilitates the assembly of the equipment, it is totally enclosed, with an easy-to-remove cover, and it can be installed outdoors.
The mechanical drive is carried out through a gearmotor with direct coupling to the drive wheel shaft, with a shrink disk clamping system, which allows for easy disassembly of the set. Next to the drive, there is a self-cleaning front cover that also prevents the equipment from clogging up.
The Chain made with links in laminated steel SAE 1045 with pins and bushings in steel SAE 8620 case hardened ensuring high resistance to wear. The displacement of the chain is done on special aligned guides providing a low noise level. The chain features scrapers for cleaning the bottom of the equipment.
The inspection cover enables the inspection of the chain and sprocket. It is locked by quick-release knob latches and access to the inside is protected by a perforated guard. |
Self-aligning roller bearings are used alongside the drive shaft and the take-up. These types of bearings have two rows of rollers, which compensate for angular misalignments between the pillow block shafts and the take-up shaft deflections.
