Comil Elevators are designed for the vertical conveyance of solid bulk, used in storage and industrial units. Constructed in a modular self-supporting galvanized steel structure, with a capacity from 27 to 1000 ton/h, centrifugal unloading of the product occurs through conventional buckets or gravity unloading through hollow buckets, driven by a gearmotor.
The cage system of Comil elevators is mounted next to the trunk modules. Manufactured in carbon steel, with high durability and further protection for access to the equipment.
Responsible for tensioning the elevator belt. It is grooved to avoid crushing the grains (product) between the roller and the belt when using the elevator.
Enables the access to the upper part of the take-up pulley, providing the inspection of this area of the boot.
Trunk with Inspection Window for access to the inside of the elevator body, allowing inspection and maintenance of buckets and elevator belts on both sides of the duct. The window is locked through quick-release knob latches and access to the inside is protected by a perforated guard.
Assembly of the upper end of the elevator, where the drive/motorization is installed and the product is unloaded into the pipeline(s).
